anyone willing to share us what they got. why do gree keep on making earth armors? people in my guild are scared and will not use the featherblade battlegear because the arena are flooded with earth armors

I just opened 11 chests (300 gems) and got all Super Rare, 2 star junk as well (plus nemisis+). Another person in my guild opened 3 chests and got all 2 star junk. I think this is ridiculously low odds for a 30GP chest which is supposed to have 400% better odds than a DP chest. I think it may be a glitch.

I wrote to GREE to report it.

Did anyone else receive 100% 2 star junk?

It's a marketing scheme and you were guilty of falling for it. Just because it says 4x legendary/epic doesn't mean they didn't raise the chances of 2* and 3* too.

there is a total of 5-10% chance of obtaining legendary in DP chest, and epic probably has around a 0.01%(+/- for normal and reg version) chance of getting. Assuming all the epics are in the chest you got MAYBE 1% chance of getting 1.
stop expecting to pull epics/best armors out of chests cause you will only be let down.

EDIT: forgot that this new chest doesn't have 1* crap, so the %'s do raise for armors, how gree distributes the increase in % though i have no idea, but more then likely they just increase the % of all the 2* armors and leave 3*+ alone.

I agree it's a marketing scheme (which is why gems are always sold at a discount when 30Gp chests are available), but you're logic is flawed. You can't have 4x better odds of getting legendary armor without correspondingly reducing the odds of receiving other armor. It could be that the odds were only 1% before and are now 4% (4x better odds), which continues to make receiving better armor improbable.

Nope. It doesnt matter. Its a mathematical algorithym as to wether i r going to get something good or not. Its a code embedded in your acct and when u purchase the chests= probability of u getting something good.

Not necessarily though. New players usually don't have the resources or gold to max out these epic armors (unless they spend a lot more money on armors or gold).

I cannot tell you how many Blazeborne armors I've come across in the arena that go bust after 2 hits from my AA+. The only ones with maxed out epic armors are the lvl100+ players, IME.

Yep, the white Kal is old and obsolete plus hard to level (no matching elements), so unless you like its look, it's probably just enhancement fodder.

Some people get lots of free gems, some people spend hundreds of dollars/euros/etc. on the game.
Playing itself doesn't give you enough gems to waste them on chests.

There are no crafting mats for it. You can't craft epics, they are only found in chests.

There are no crafting mats for it. You can't craft epics, they are only found in chests.
Exception: the ones listed in your armorsmith for which you can get materials from the gold chest.
edit: didn't read that right. There are some caftable legendaries in you armory. Indeed no craftable epics yet.

Agree. It's just bad luck. If the odds of anything above 2* is really less than 10% than it's a really crappy investment of 30 gems. I can get a 2 star armor in about 5 minutes of game play for fusing. I get about one 3 star every other day just by running DP level 6 times a day.

I don't even want the 4 star armor at this point, just another 5 star. Paying 30 gems for a 2 star is terrible. If the odds are really .01% for a 5 star I'd need, on average, 300,000 gems to get just one. 100 chests at 30 each to get to 1%. Then do that 100 times to get to 100%. I suspect you're wrong and it's not .01% odds. But if it is even close, that's a ridiculous bait and switch.

Let's say if in a DP chest you can get a legendary armor with 5% chance, in the shadow chest the chance is 20% so.. yeah, but from what i hear from people opening DP the chest of getting legendary is most probably x~5%
4-star/5-star chance of DPC is generally estimated at less that 1%, not 5%...

Nah, the percentage should definitely be lower than 5% from the sound of it. 20% chance to drop legendary? Ive read people spending hundreds of gems and getting nothing. 1/5 Is actually somewhat duable. Its probably a 5% chance now that the 4x event is active lol

That is how random is though. The 5x better chance if you have a .1% chance usually then they raise it a blazeing 5x its late and I might be wrong but that you mean you have like a .5% chance now.

Immagine if lots of the people who only got junk posted here instead of a big chunk of people who got lucky and very few who only got junk. The topic would explode to 1000+ replies probably. (people don't generally go through the effort of reporting negative results)

tl;dr you see a relatively large part of the positive results and hardly any of the negative results here, which greatly schews perception. (vocal minority/silent majority thing I guess)

2481 combined stats on Aegis o/t Dragon non-plus, which is a bit better than recent boss+ armors (those hover around the 2300 mark), so yep, lucky find.
