Game transfer for iOS newb

Hi people of iOS I'm trying to transfer a game from my gift ipad to my new one,I've tried restoring from her backup but the game comes up as new so I reset everything and tried a new account on the ipad and the game opened up as new again ,erm help?

Had the same issue mate. Download MW on your new device, send a ticket to gree with all the new and old (current) player info and they will do it for you. Took them about 4 days to do mine. With war so close i would wait until after to do it. Good luck mate.

Forgot funzio id and was told to delete and reinstall get new id and then transfer.. but now I just get a new game transfer not my level 141 hel
