Having problem purchasing gold!!

GREE , I am having problem doing the gold purchase(Modern war) and i am getting the same error every time i try

"We have cancelled your order because it could not be processed at this time "

I am in Boss level 50 and i am trying to complete it , which is not possible without the GOLD.

Please do something about this before the event ends. I dont know how many tickets i have to send in to get in a reply on this.

I am an android user anybody having the same issue ???

Updated the game till 3.8.0.2 as 3.8.1 is not available for android yet.

Money is taken each time tried to get the purchase done...but i am getting the same message again and again and not getting any gold ??

Any droid users faced the same issue ? if so please tell me what to do ?
