My screen didnt load when i clicked to go into my vault to save the money, so when i clicked it again it loaded and clicked the finish vault button for a lot of gold. Sent gree a ticket immediately, 24 minutes went by and got an e-mail back from gree with my gold back in my account. Thank you Gree.

My account froze for a few days once. Emailed Gree and they handled it/ responded right away. Thanks Gree!

I like this spike in Gree helpfullness over the last few days. Now I'm expecting some terrible LTQ to roll around and ruin it, haha.

In the past month I have noticed that my tickets get answered alot faster then before. I think they are trying to improve. My last ticket was resolved in 4 days

I recently submitted a ticket and had my situation resolved in less than 10 hours, was very impressed....Good job Gree!!

However, my other ticket regarding the "flying under the radar" hacker that had screenshot proof has yet to be dealt with......

Had the same type of problem in the epic ennemy (20 gold to fill health), got an answer quite fast too, really nice!
I didn't asked for a refund, I just asked for a confirmation button...
