Recent iOS K&D Update Feedback: 08.28.13

Looks to me the recent update has slowed the game much dramatically, esp. when hiring friends for Epic Boss. The screen freezes for a few seconds. This has never happened to me before when doing EB.

I wonder what changes Gree made to cause this worse game performance. If this continues, I can already foresee more troubling days ahead for the next GW. I'm already using iPhone 5 & it wasn't that affected last GW. Maybe Gree wants us all to upgrade to iPhone 5s and iPad 5? Hahaha!

This isn't looking so good Wise One & Gree.

What's everyone's experience & observation so far?

Gree have almost completely standardised to game for both users.

Its a real pain and I hope it gets resolved for you (and us)

Yeah I'm having the same problem with very slow times using friends for the EB, and was definitely not there before the download...
Also, these emoji things do not work on mine but do others in my guild.
MVP screen was fixed though!

Emoji sounds like a good addition for the guild chat, but forget it Gree if the system won't be able to handle this & would cause lag & more problems please. Most of us use Line anyway to chat. No comment about the MVP screen as it was there before & never noticed it causing any problems to the game's speed & performance. Thanks for sharing your observation though ^^

Oh I agree, I could care less about smiley faces, my main concern is the games performance for sure. I was just saying everything that was different.
Although I was glad they fixed the MVP's, don't ask me why, but it just bothered me that the whole screen was frozen and my accomplishments didn't register...

Same here, the game just froze up. It took 3 separate tries, not counting false starts with the wrong friends due to game lag, closing down every other app, and two complete device restarts to get into battle.

It takes some skill to worsen performance with a software upgrade.

The lag will continue to grow and will start effecting more screens. On Android this can be countered by deleting majority of your friend list. I went from a 20ish second lag time with about 100 friends and I am now at a 1-2 second lag time with only about 35 friends.
