Ios to android transfer

I plan on getting an android phone within a few months, now If i were to root it, and put ios on the phone as the operating system, could i continue to play the ios game through an android phone??

Is not possible to put ios in android phones. A root simply let some application the administrator privileges.
You cant transfer ios games and android games.
