IPH: The Worst For My Level?

I have a TERRIBLE income per hour, with horrible buildings and I just need some help -.- I've posted images below. The building that's being built is another crematorium, the one being upgraded is a level 3 going to level 4 Internet Company, and well, it's just not enough. I've got about $950,000 in my bank (yes I'm broke in all aspects in this game) and I can't afford to spend real money on this game. Any tips on how to get a better hood?

Stop upgrading crap buildings like the Internet Company and focus on good buildings.

Drop the buildings such as the laundromats because no one is on every 5 minutes, you also want to think about when you can check your hood and upgrade buildings in conjunction with your irl timer as well. It's no good having buildings you can't collect. Focus on upgrading for more money before buying more. IPH starts off slow but when you get going it becomes a lot easier.

Buy nightclubs and upgrade them, it may take a while but it will be worth it in the end

I'm at work so if you put pictures in your OP I can't see them because they are blocked. It looks like someone said buy NC. He's absolutel right. Work on your type A buildings while saving for NC.

Upgrade Lofts and MTs. Dominicans are a good upgrade as well

Dont spend lots/invest in def. buildings, I guess they're a waste afterwards.

You should upgrade your MT's to 7 and your Lofts to 5. After that, it's time to save up for the NC.

i'll explain:
the dominican restaurant starts low. but for a very small amount of money u can upgrade it to level 5, then it will give you 70,000 every day. after level 5 u shouldn't continue upgrading because the upgrade-cost/payout-amount isn't worth it.

i would say that most buildings worth their upgrades until level 5 - that includes house, dominican-restaurant, beachside-inn, internet-company, loft and upscale-club.

btw - he makes 72,000 per hour - it will take him weeks until he will be able to by a NC!

Thank you for this...by the way, I just built my first NC on a budget of 62k IPH, so it can be done...it did take a few weeks and some strategic robbing, but I made it. Good luck OP!

i don't think that it is worth saving money for a few weeks just for this building.
because u lose precious time for upgrading -
the NC gives 175,000 for every 6 hours - meaning $29,000 IPH (approximately),
while during this time (of a few weeks) and with this money (40m) u could have build 2 lofts, 2 upscale clubs, 2 beachside inns, 2 crematoriums and 2 flower shops - and upgrade each of them to the 4th level - which will earn you way more the $29,000 per hour!

With syndicate and tycoon bonuses it pays out 240k/6 hours. It's not level 1 that's great, level 2 only costs $47 million(with executive coupe) but pays out 720k/6 hours. that's 120k IPH

I just upgraded my level 2 loft so about 40.5 hours and then I'll upgrade my other MT to level 6 so that I have to level 6 MTs.

I also decided to sell some of my buildings that dont really have a good IPH which ended up giving me alot of money to be able to start buyigng better buildings (I also liked the idea of selling defensive buildings)

I keep the missle turret to fit in areas. My hood is a mess
