Yes 3 elite leaders started a syndicate and In only two weeks we have maxed out most defensive bonuses and have started on attack bonuses. We also have several other bonuses. Our leader has 220k stats, me and my buddy have 150k stats. we donated millions daily and recruited whoever we could. We managed to grab 12 members and boy did they perform well,not one player under 10k ip. Its only to the top from here. We are recruiting anyone and everyone active.
