Joint leader/senior officers

I am looking for people who would like to be a joint leader or senior officer in an already established faction :)

The faction has only previously partook in one wd event and is already looking to expand due to finishing around the top 2500 mark, very good for a new faction. We are hoping to finish top 1000 in the next event and so I am looking for more experienced players to help achieve this. Please reply if interested or if wanting further details. :)
