Is it possible to transfer account to a android or kindle from a iPhone?

Same question here. I have a member of my faction that has been playing for over 6 months and just because he got a new phone(Android to iOS) he can't transfer his game, and therefore lost everything he ever put into this game. It's definitely a question that GREE needs to answer, and figure out how they can transfer player profiles between operating systems!
