What are the odds?

I'm lvl 119 and an old faction member of mine is 121. My ATt is 200k (yes I know it's low) and his def is 378k. I found him in my rivals list and thought unbelievable. What are the odds of this happening?

In my experience, I've found that stats have nothing to do with your rivals list. It is, however, determined by your current level and ally count. Mine for example is level 144 and I have 350 allies. The rivals in my rivals list will have a range of levels (usually +/-5) so anywhere from 139-149; and their ally count has ranged from as low as 239 to as high as 457. As far as stats go, I've seen anywhere from as low as 11k defense to over a million defense. (I'm around 335k attack and 410k defense). Hope this helps.
