Yes. I don't remember which account, and it may be one of the ones I have since quit playing. I don't really feel like looking through my inventory for 5 accounts... and it may have been the melee which I wouldn't know if it was the scratcher or one of the other two times it was available.

many 2, one 2 threes (3 guns & 3 melee icons) only won 1 prize though. :(

I've gotten 1 6x scratcher between my 3 accounts with over 2-1/2 years of cumulative scratching. I was super excited because it was the BEST of all 6x: The Fire Monster - (Still) +10% Mafia Attack modifier.

It was on my weakest/level character, making it tough to give him up to sell a device. :)

I haven't gotten 6 of 6, but I've run across plenty of players that have gotten 100's of 6/6... Not sure why you think there's an issue. :p

I got 2 6x scratcher items but no 6x scratcher or even a 5x on my main acct. I got a 5x scratcher on my bluestack account a month ago. But i seen a bunch of people that had 3 or more before all the war items kicked them off the fight screen.

6^6 = 46656. This is the total amount of pictures that you can see.

To get all 6 of any of the 6 prizes, how many pictures are there? 6 (1 picture for each of the 6 prizes)
so probability of getting all 6 prizes (regardless of which one) is 6/46656 = 0.01286%

To get only one of any of the 6 prizes, how many possible pictures are there? Well there are 6 possible pictures for each prize (topleft, bottomleft, top, bottom, topright, and bottomright). since there are 6 different prizes, there are 6 of these 6 pictures, making a total of 36 pictures.
So the chances of getting 1 and only 1 of any prize is:
36/46656 = 0.07716%
