They didn't, but if the update came out, then I think that it should come out today. Just an idea.

Here's an idea. How about making sure enough people have had time to get the update.

I was definitely expecting the Faction LTQ that was mentioned in the update sticky. Then I thought about it and it makes sense to wait for enough people to get the update. Most of my faction has it and its easy enough to download but oh well.
