I'm only 200 points away from level 101. Full energy and stamina. How bad will it screw me up to level up now? When does the event start?

I agree. I get highest stat gains from boss events not ltq.

Just to err on the side of caution, when the boss event is live, trigger it off 1 exp raids, e.g. Supply Depots, Armories and Storage Silos. Preferably low levels of each, because I believe that at 7+ they all give you 2 exp. Small quibble, but better safe than sorry.

IMO, you are to close to benefit from a level up!
You can beat the first 10 boss in 60 minutes, wich will gain you more then 200 XP.

at least I have had this in the past a few times!

is that boss calculator right??? i find it hard to believe i could beat lvl 50 with 7 hits. I'm lvl 89 with 295k. Last boss 50 took me like 25-30 hits

I am at level 149 now and will not level up before the boss event starts. If in the next week I go through level 150 and level up to 151 will I still fight the same boss or will I have to start fighting the stronger boss?

Same here am on level 99 half way to 100, stopped my ltq at 16/21. Looking forward to boss event. Does anyone know if u r at level 100 during boss event and u level up to 101, is boss health is gonna be higher in ongoing boss event or it does`nt apply.

To provide a different perspective, the lines are seriously blurring between the strength of level 75-100 players and the strength of 101-150 players. The game is giving out so many huge units for free that level 75-100 players are not gonna be much weaker than 101+ players.

So you all might think you're being really smart by just camping and not playing the game, but really everyone doing the ltq events is passing you in strength, as meanwhile more and more people are adopting your camping strategy, increasing the average strength of people at your level. I'm at level 106 and my opponents here are no stronger than level 80-90 players. If everyone camps, then there's no advantage to camping.

Folks are making some good but tangential points, there is one main point here to the question asked, DO NOT jump to the next tier before the boss starts, ie stay at 100 or below, do NOT go to 101 before triggering Boss #1. And yes, you stay in the tier you start the event, ie 75-100.

IMO boss is the best bang for buck of the events, skipping an LTQ or two won't hurt, but play the bosses hard.
