Dang, I can remember when I would turn down 20 to 30 people after each war,now I can't even fill my 40 guild. Recruitment is getting tuff. I guess everyone is having a tuff time, I can post a recruitment thread and it will b on page 2 in a coupla hrs. I would post my invite on here but I don't wanna get trashed lol.

Yes times change... Some left the game, some move up, some create new faction etc
But it's showing there r less new players in the game

One of the primary reasons is you start with X amount of players in a game:

Then you have these factions that start with 20 memberes but slowly grow to the size of 60 members.

Add in the fact that people are also quitting its really about either moving up or mergers at this point

Ehhhhhh. What I find is that if you don't have hac....should say maxed bonuses it is tough. Luckily we have managed to develop a system that allows us to build our faction members instead of find them. Lower your standards and you will find it is easier!

I have try that for my faction ,, new faction , didn't ask for nothing , no one came .

Mergers, feeder or sister factions are the way ahead IMO.

Trying to get active players is the key.

yeah we are working on a merge to. and prob. after the war another one. Then with just 42 or 44 members we will be top 500, light gold.

Agree with thief and John. Mergers or at least "collaboration" is the way to move forward. I do think there's a lot of people out there who have potential but contacting them, having them see your posts, etc. is near impossible.

kill yo self has never had this problem we have super active members and being a consistant top 25 also helps ppl want to come to us
