Under the faction ranking tab, what are the faction points and how do you get them?

Faction points can be collected during the war. So ranking tab shows which player is scoring how many points.

Almost certainly COMPLETELY INCORRECT.

In KA, a similar update came through weeks ago. As the write up says, there will be group/faction LTQs and goals. As each member helps the group finishing goals, the member will earn "faction points." So far, these just amount to a way to see who is active and helpful in your faction LTQs. Perhaps there will be other future uses, but not at this time.
