View Full Version : Guild war reward problems! (Wisey, help us please!)

I felt the need for a separate thread for this, as it seems we need to get louder before Gree actually hears us.

While I have received the war rewards myself, there are several players who have not. In addition to this, they have received responses from Gree saying "everything was correctly sent out" and had their tickets closed as "resolved". I think this is unacceptable behavior and sincerely hope that the situation be rectified for these players.

The ones I am aware of who have not received war rewards: Nemmer (from Rainbow Party), Starve (from PB), VirusknightX, Guildie and Bryanv2 from the forums here.

Can all those slighted please add their voice to this thread? I hope we get some proper attention and that the issue is resolved for you guys. Thank you!

As stated and written twice to the customer support team, I am lacking my rewards from the guild war. Thankfully, I was told two things during my conversation with the autotext-bots that are the support team from my experience:

- "Hi, The rewards have been distributed correctly by now."
(which they haven't, since I do not have any of them in my account, but thx for telling me)

So naturally, I re-wrote a request informing the support team about my continued lack of rewards. And lo and behold, I got another answer:

- "Your request (#Knights & Dragons Issue Report) has been closed. This means that the issue is being worked on now, or the issue is solved."

Which is fabulous. Not only was I able to participate in 2 (two) fights only (and my guild still managed to end up 6th!!), but I have also been assured that I got what I deserved.

So, as stated for a total of three times (this one not included!): could any of you support staff members _please_ look into my problem?

He did not received the guild war rewards too, and have already summited tickets thru support and keep coming back with the same standard auto replies.

Really need Wise One to help look into this matter with gree.

Yup. Did not receive anything. However our Gleader said you had to have actually fought in the Guild war to get the rewards so I kinda just let it rock and didn't bring much light to it (Cause of the crashes I couldn't) Someone else deconfirmed that I believe so I should still have gotten it. I still of course contributed since I donated millions to upgrades for our warz.

My daughters both were unable to fight in a single battle as they couldn't even get into GW without it crashing but they DID both receive the bonus 3 DP Keys and the air fusion that they gave out. So you SHOULD get compensated regardless of whether you actually fought or not!

Hehe, with all the problems with wars on iOS and the multitude of issues with the Android app, you probably don't want wars yet...I can't even imagine what would happen if they did wars on Android any time soon...

So let's say GREE gives out x numbers of rewards to each guild that placed in the tournament and that 'x' is based on how many members you have. Assume only the top performing members are the ones that get it because of this set number/ratio.
Is this in the realm of possibilities at all or has it been 100% confirmed that EVERY single person in the guild gets the reward that was promised?
I've been curious about this since I am playing on Android. I would like some answers.

I guess i am one of many who Lost many gems during a Special attack "Crash" thats simply unacceptable. I guess that im stupid on the other Hand as a i Invested 8 bücks in more gems..... Is that what gree was trying to achieve??

Thank you for starting this thread Varza. My character Tedra of Evolve did not receive the rewards for third place in the war as well. I have a ticket with gree support open since monday after the war but have not yet heard back.

Gree really needs to fix this, and I hope they can at least smooth out all the future guild wars for iOS and android.

I think they will not make another war untill all the bugfixes. This will take surely some days, or much probably weeks.
For android... Knowing the horrible situation of ios, not hope for less than some weeks.

Gree confirmed that all members get rewards. I can verify this as there were people that didn't do anything in our guild that got rewards. And Starve was one of our top performers and was not given his due rewards. This is obviously a mistake on Gree's part and I have faith that Gree will try to get this right.

On topic:

I think GREE's response to this problem is truely ridiculous. It's been established a while ago that player support isn't their strongest asset, but this is just outrageous. A player does not get his promised rewards because of something GREE messed up and what does he get as an answer? "You're wrong, rewards are distributed correctly." I think Customer Support should be thoroughly ashamed for this and I think an apology is well in place. I would even go as far as saying a (small) compensation for this ridiculous treatment would be appropriate.

Same thing here, my guild placed 15th overall and everyone else received their rewards, lots already have their combustion+ maxed which is pretty annoying for me. I've sent 2 tickets now, rolling around to 5 days since the rewards were given out. I was the 3rd highest contributor to my guild's success which makes it all the more annoying, which I'm sure is the same boat everyone else around the 1-25 bracket is in that this happened to. Hopefully Gree will take care if this at some point, after 5 days frustration is starting to set in.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything. My support ticket that was filed on Monday has yet to be answered so I am not sure if there is a chance that gree will make things right or not.

I don't think GREE cares if you don't play their game or not. One person or one entire guild doesn't matter. Their playerbase is large enough to the point where it doesn't really matter. Sorry you didn't get your rewards, though.

That's quite an awful way of a company to treat their loyal players. Surely they should be concerned about people leaving the game and are looking to expand it at all times?

That being said; it does seem you're right, sadly enough. It seems they care a lot more about short term funds than a stable and satisfied player base.

That's what companies that develop mobile games tend to do. You guys shouldn't expect great customer service. They rather keep churning out more armors than fix the bugs they cause after each update.

GREE, IUGO. This is totally ridiculous. It will be very easy to verify if you have given the armours/ war rewards to someone. We have a guild member in Evolve, Tedra. He has not received his armours ever since. You are about to lose him as a player of the game. Just check your logs/ database to see if he has the armours. No cloudrange, no combustion+. No gems. Seriously. You received more than 15 e-mails from our guild members about this issue. As a guild, we did not even complain about the guild wars (even though we could not get in many times). Please show players some respect and at least deliver what you promised. Please check Tedra's database and please give him his armours.

I doubt you want us to bring up a formal complaint with iTunes? Check his friend code (above) and post a response as to when this will be resolved.

It will have been a full week tomorrow and none if us have heard anything as far as I can tell. Granted mobile app companies dot have the greatest customer support, and it makes sense why, but this is a joke. Automated responses to every report? NO timeline given even after a week? An entire guild sending in about the same issue so their friend doesn't quit the game and still nothing....?

One word: wow.

Thank you Varza for including me in your original post. I still have not received any kind of confirmation beyond "everything has been distributed correctly". It is kind of dissappointing at gree's sever lack of trying to fix the problem. My playing has definitely decreased since I have been shorted my rewards.

Secondly, what you quoted, is that a pm from wise one? Or a direct email reply to your ticket from Gree? Pretty sure Wise One is not part of the email support. This is an issue big enough for wise one to act on it and he has always tried to deliver for the community - for him to say something like that would he mean even he couldn't do anything abt it. I doubt so though.

Yeah totally missed the " " lol like my eyes flew past it and went straight down to the next line. Wonder why wise one is keeping mum. U'd think they would pay more attention now that knd is generating more revenues due to guild wars.

I personally don't think that GREE is going to do anything about it. We can complain or feedback all we want. Not being scarastic but just stating a fact. From my previous exp, I got the "all training fields gone" bug some time back and I remembered there was at least 1 other person (600RR if I didn't remember wrongly) that has it too. Was quite devastated cos I juz maxed out everything a few days prior to the bug. Had to build everything back from scratch... Sent GREE 3 tickets over the span of 1 week but none was replied other than the automated reply. In desperation, I sent the WISE one a PM. Same thing. No reply.

Am not sure why I am writing this reply cos I do not think there is going to be any effect at all. Only thing that helps is that at least other users know what my experience with GREE or the WISE one was. And I am sure they want no part of it.

I think there's a lot of things & issues within the company we aren't seeing from out here, especially after GW, affecting the staff, etc. But like the rest of the folks here, I sincerely hope those affected get their fair share of the rewards. As for Gree/Wise One, I hope things get sorted out in their end as well. Couldn't imagine not getting my rewards either after spending tons of gems.

That today I received the rewards for Evolve placing third in the past guild wars. I hope everyone else got their rewards as well. Thanks to Gree for listening and to everyone who contributed to this this thread and brought this issue to the fore front, especially Varza for starting it!

No sir, still in my guild. We placed 15th which would mean I should have received a conbustion+, 2 sky guardian+, 40 gems and a dark prince key. Instead I received a regular sky guardian and some gold, it looked like a latter end prize. I'm sure they'll get it fixed, I'm just glad the issue was finally addressed.

making things more stable next time, and not screwing over people with rewards.

Hey guys i'm having the same issue I was highly involved in the guild war itself and have yet to receive my rewards my in game name is also Thatguy just hit lvl 60 and had high hopes of enhancing my Aegis of the fallen armor. :(

I have sent in a request to Gree as well and from what I've read, I guess they'll tell me that there is no problem. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
One would figure, that with this one game making over $1 million/month for Gree, they would happily correct their mistake.

I have now discovered a third member of Dungeonites who did not receive rewards from today's guild war XenaWarrior.
It is not sufficient for GREE to say that the rewards were all sent out. Clearly their responsibility includes their App correctly receives what was sent. And it did not. Ultimately even the bet games fail because of poor customer support or treatment. GREE need to address this before the disenfranchised sentiment derails their product.

I also was very active in the wars and still have not recieved my rewards.
My Guild ended up rank 200 which was good considering only a few could log in.

Whats the solution here? never had to conplain before....

Our guild finished 19th (The Rising Dead)

I personally spent money on this event and finished 3rd highest in my guild ranks and got nothing no reward at all.

I know some who never took part that did get rewards.

So far i have received no e-mail from Gree in response to my ticket. I am getting more and more frustrated at Gree's lack of professional customer support. Just Auto response and no real help.

In our guild some have received rewards and some have not.... I'm missing rewards also.... I see everytime I restart game guild wars icon with !-mark... but still no rewards :(

Whenever a guild battle would start, i would automatically lose 15 gems and it would refill my energy bar. It did this 3 times and stole 45 gems from me. I expect some sort of compensation because i was planning on using those gems elsewhere.

Has this happened to anyone else???

THX for starting this thread... In our Guild United Warriors (finished lv255 reward cat D) several active fighters did not get their rewards and some kights who did not even fight in this test did get them. I know that at least Sir Rick(Champion)& Binky(Sentinel) did not and we have sent in ticket. Only have received the canned 1st reply still waiting.

Meanwhile in addition to not getting the rewards missing may changes to improve results as players who got their rewards now have an unjust advantage gained through this glitch by GREE.

Oh wow, this thread has exploded! While I am happy that yesterday's mini-war ran more smoothly in that people could get on and fight, it seems like the reward distribution system still has problems. A lot of problems :P

This time around, I am also one of the ones given the proverbial shaft. *submits ticket to Gree and hopes for a human being's response*
