The first one might be some old nemesis or boss armour. I'm not sure (ten-ton maybe?)

The second is Ruby plate mail, an old boss armour.

As for how to get them, I don't think you can get them anymore. Maybe chests, low chance, but you definitely can no longer craft them. Also, there are better armours out now, so you don't even need to worry about it.

Ruby is apparently fusable now. I've seen it listed a number of times in the fusion results thread.

you can get all the boss armors via the summoning stone... It allows you to summon old bosses and get the mats to craft their armor. Some of these are really nice collectors item.

Bone Harvester's Garb - a Boss Armor from Ten-Ton Skeleton.
I dunno if you can get it from fusing but other than that and Summoning Stone,
you can't get it elsewhere.

Ruby Platemail - I dont know the name of Boss this armor came from
(as I haven't been playing at that tome yet), but I'm sure it's a boss armor.
Can be gotten from fusing ang Summoning Stone.

This isn't quite true. The summoning stone only allows you to summon bosses that you have actually fought and defeated at level one. So you can't summon a boss that was around before you started playing.

Sidenote: the gem costs for summoning are exorbitant, 30 gems/2mats. Not really worth it in my opinion.

The summoning stone rates need to come down a lot. At the current rate you should be able to make an 15-20 level run
To make it worth it. 5$ in gems is reasonable for boss armor even high level non gemspenders had a chance to get.,they should also unlock all past bosses for everyone. This would encourage gem spending even on sub par armors for nostalgia or collectors.
And imho would do much more to spur gem use and low level purchases. Put a 3-7 day timer on it :-) with no epic energy cost through the progression. But no ability to hire friends. Maybe .
