Hello, I have plenty of mob without weapons in which I need to equip. I looked at my att/def values then went and purchased a bunch of trench coats. When I went back, my att/def values hadn't changed. Is there something I'm missing here? Can you only purchase so much of one item?

What's your invite code kayne? I'll look into this for you. It's likely that they had better armor than the trench coats, so you didn't receive a boost.

Mark, I also just tried buying some pistols and that didn't change my att/def either. My understanding is that you have one melee, one gun, one armour, and one vehicle per mob. Since I have hundreds of unequipped mob members, I should be able to purchase hundreds of pistols and increase in attack for each purchase. Then when all my mob are fully equipped and I purchase better weapons, then I should see an incremental increase (the difference between the newer better weapon's attack value and the value of the weapon it's "replacing"). Is this logic accurate?

remember that you can only actually use 5 mobsters per level also, if your level 10 and have 400 mobsters you only actually use 50. therefore if you had 55 trench coats, and buy 15 more, 20 of them wouldnt be in use.

Chase, thanks for that information. I did not know about the 5 mob per level stipulation. So I have a way to go before I can use my 1100+ mob.

I can understand the reasoning for this to keep people on relatively the same playing level, but one should be rewarded for mobbing up and making money to afford weapons no matter what level they're at.

Sigh.

Actually, you'll never be able to use your 1100 mafia. The game caps you at 500 mafia at level 100. Anything past that is just useless.
