Yes I know another gold issue :(
I miss clicked and accidentally speed up construction for a building. I got a ticket # from gree.
Has This happened to any of you?
Do you think they will refund me?

This happened to a friend of mine lost 200 gold didnt get refunded thou.

Ryno777, it is worse when you are collecting from buildings with fat fingers and accidentally sell one. Typically it is a good one that is substantially upgraded when it happens.

No Joke. I sent the support ticket in less than 24 hours ago and Gree put 400 gold back into my account for the upgrade oops. Thanks Gree. Credit where credit is due.

If your having probs getting gold back after a mistake, you should give Gree as much info as possible so the can help you. I included in-game name, Funzio user name and password, mafia code, UDID, Syndicate affiliation.

If you give them a scant amount of info and a one liner complaining about something they are more likely to blow you off.

I didn't complain like a little girl. Just gave the facts and their help was expedient.
