stolen phone advice

Hi Guys and girls,

I have a member of my syndicate who has had his phone stolen. Trying to find his mafia ID to try and get Gree to move his account over.

I cant see it on his syndicate page or when I find him in my allies list. It also isnt in his comment on his wall.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to either find his ID or still get Gree to switch his account.

Owen, tell GREE that this member is in your syndicate and give the name of the member. They should be able to do it just like that unless its a security issue. Then he has to prove he is who he says with billing receipts provided to GREE.

Maybe text the phone once the account is switched over and the 'new' owner might like to play as well. Then you can rob him back hard. :)
