I need help with my game and device

I just had to reset my whole phone cause of a speaker problem and my game is lost. I forgot to transfer. Can someone walk me through on how I can get it back please.

I'm not positive about not being able to transfer, but i do know Gree will help you transfer ( get you character back) They'll ask you some questions like your ID # character name ect... So i hope you remember them?? good luck to you :)

I have an in game friend I work with, he can refresh my memory on my id#. 379-042-879 I believe

Send you ally. Code, game name, level et to gree they will transfer it for you.

No other option but to wait for gree on this one I'm afraid.

If your on IOS gree may tell you to perform a restore from an iCloud backup but in reality that never works.

I'm on android. Yea I'm being patient with GREE cause its my own fault so no need to get upset with them lol.

Their response times are getting better but expect to wait at least a week, less if you get lucky !
