Quicke question about boss tier

I'm about to level up and wanted to know about the boss tiers. I just leveled up to 149 and wasn't sure if the next boss was at 150 or 151. Thank you all in advance

It starts at 151.

Lvl 101-150 Boss 50 has approximately 18.5 Million Health seems to be average (Updated)
Lvl 151-250 Boss 50 has approximately 38 Million Health (Updated)
