Is there anyway to get some support? It has now been several days and I have not heard back about this.

You are missing out on money so this is a win-win situation.

This has to be a simple SQL script to setup the transfer and I gave receipt numbers for over 20 diamond purchases.

Your nothing but persistent bu77er.... I waited nearly 3 weeks for Gree to get back to me over transferring from iOS to Android... With the upshot being "we can't transfer from iOS to Android, but will gladly transfer between between iOS - iOS or android - android" not much help to me I can tell ya ;)

I want to play soooo bad! All I'm doing is iOS to iOS.. I'm just asking for 2 minutes of someones time :(

Bad thing is they're missing out on money.. I know I would be taking all the money I can get lol

I gathered he is transferring a game between devices and has had trouble... But he is persistent like an annoying wasp bu77ing about :)

I have explained the issue in my ticket. But I recently left my job and had to turn in my phone. I set it as old device, turned in my phone, got a new iPhone an hour later and tried to set it as my new device and it says that there is nothing set to transfer.

Really I'm just trying to get noticed so they take 2 minutes out of their day to setup the transfer -_-
