BGK1 do not have anyone declaring for the war but Gree system auto declares us and now we are stuck in declaring, please help BGK1, I have any screenshots that you need. I just want our guild to be able to function normally in wars. Tickets has been sent too, sirius please help, Thank you.

We are worried because we cant use the gems we had for the wars! then we didnt need to buy any gems from Gree at all since we are bugged, no way to use the gems in wars.

This has now happened to us 4 times now. Seems like after 30 min a war starts even if we don't declare one.

BGK 1 were stuck in declaration mode for almost/more than 4hours. It ruined every thing and we lost the chance to get the 50th unit. It was very unpleasant at all.

Sorry to hear that Loki & you almost could have win it with us. Gree is the one to be blame here & there malfunction match up during Guild war...

Sirius, that issue cost BGK to lose hours on the event while others still progress. We ended up with nothing accomplished in guild war events because of the loss, not only that, we also had to spend a lot of gems for all the time lost to make up the cps so that we can be in top 10.

For the error on Gree's side, all we get in the email replies from Gree is sorry for the inconvenienced caused, the issue will be passed to the developers and sorry we cannot give you any compensation.

Here we are when BGK spending thousands of dollars to find bugs for Gree so that they can feedback to their developer and get the engineers to look into it. No compensation or anything can be given to you. This sounds right to you?

Therefore no more Gree games for me.
