Game zeroed out today. Need help to fix

Hi Gree. My game went to all zeros today. I can't get it to come back but as a new game from the start. When I get to choose a name it says invalid no matter what name I choose and that's as far as I can get. My syndicate says I still there. My name is da**** and I was level 155 on my ipad. Any help? Thanks

Dash it is the name of the character without the space.

Game reset to all zeros and now completely reset to a brand new account !!!!

By the way, I deleted the game and then re-added it and that did not work (several times). I also reset my ipad and that did not work either. I think the fix will have to come from Gree.

Finally got a response from gree which told me to treat it like a transfer. Give them the new code. There is no new code. My existing account is zeroed out. Two days and that is all they got.
