60 gold bars went missing from my account and another player in our syndicate also said they are missing gold (don't know how much though). I opened a support ticket so we will see what Gree has to say (in 14-21 days.... sigh).

i had this awhile ago with a vault they told me to contact itunes, itunes refunded within a day but blocked gree somehow so i had to call them and get it unblocked to purchase gold the next time it is a hassle either way

It depends. The only way to lose gold is through a weird iTunes error, or if you accidentally spent it. Either way, send in a ticket.

I sent a ticket, but apparently Gree has come up with another way for players to lose gold... simply take it for their accounts....

Apple will just credit you to save the trouble of having to investigate every single cases. Sounded like Gree is running some shady business here.

They replied to me and said I must have used it up, so calling me a liar as well as not owning up to their mistakes. I think I would have remembered using up 450 gold, especially when it happened when I was asleep!

Any other company that you pay for something and they take it back without a refund would be committing fraud. Not saying that about Gree obviously....but they took gold I paid for and haven't returned it. Who is going to keep buying gold if they just take it away?
