Getting Unknown Error Message

Started getting this message about 20 minutes ago. None of the members in my faction are getting it so I decided to uninstall and reinstall . Now I cant reinstall the game .. Getting "MOdernWar" could not be downloaded due to an error. (927)

Any advice ?!?!

iOS or Android? I assume Android since it gives you a reference code. Usually an internet issue.....try wifi.
