hello , 4 month ago i have started knight & dragon with my iphone 3gs but now , it is down so i have bought an iphone 4 and now i have lost my account , so how to put my ancient account into my new idevice?

Contacting GREE is the only possibilty I think, unless you can make a backup on your computer of the game on your iphone 3 and then put it on your new device.

From what I know, you need the friend code of your old account, (maybe) the MAC address of your old device and the MAC address of your new device (and possibly also the friend code of the account on the new device). With all this info, Gree can swap your account to the new device.

Sorry for being so unsure, but I've never been in this situation myself, I just heard from people who were. Good luck! :)

Pm the wise one he helped me with mine... Also send gree a ticket with your old friend code and use that number in your reference

Do not forget your code, first knight name and number of gold and gem. They ask some of those infos

I have same problem. I already have sent them mail about my problem. I sent them Aug 22, and I still don't got any answer from them.

Does it really take 5 days or more to get answer from GREE?

I'm really starting to get angry that I did not get any response. Now it's almost 7 days and status is "Being processed"

Gree should make a section like "Guild recruitment" and "Add me" for people who want to "transfer my account to different device"

On my 3rd day now too..... Got iphone replaced by Apple, send support/emails from old n new devices, information already provided for everything... Got no replies or response from gree too...
Starts to make the feeling for knd go away if there is still no response.
Sux to change device with this game, makes you can't change phone or ipad smoothly after you spend money n time on the old device...
