Our fraction rule is very simple,

We do have some "requirement"
No minimum donation required (Currently setting: donate regularly and just donate whatever you like, P/s: we do have some fun competition among ourselves)
NO GOLD required (encourage but not mandatory)
MUST ACTIVE in the war
Download "line" if possible for group communication (there is always fun chat session in the chat room)
Most importantly have FUN!!
