Can Gree give you your in-game money back?

I was kind of curious if Gree can give you your in-game money back because I just donated 12 million to my faction and then it was reset because of the weird set back glitch. I contacted Gree hoping they could give me my money back.

Yes i did because it was a cheap waste of money and my IPH is low.

They will not refund your money. Eddie asked a lonnnng time ago. Big mistake...
Eddie has been here ever since...they could have settled for 2k...Eddie will cost
them many times that.
