Oooooops! Sorry buddy! I just blasted an ally?

Didn't think this was supposed to be possible but I just raided an ally! With a sly grin counting my loot, I get a "WTF!" chat from him on our old faction chat program (we used to be in the same faction). So when I apologize and we exchange ID to make sure it doesn't happen again, we both get the 'request failed - you are already allies'.

This happened to another 2 faction members before..in fact the attacker is now known as Mr. Friendly Fire lol. Didn't think this was supposed to happen...

This started last week as far as I know. One of my faction members was raided by a former member even though they were allies. Since then I have noticed several people that are on my rival list that I have as allies. Gree changed something?

This started dating back from After Brazil before Greenland event.

If you are in the same faction you wouldn't show up on each others rivals however allies will still show up in Rivals.

Happened to me on both sides of the fence dozens of times. We always feel bad but in the end it is a game and you just have to try and remember to keep an eye out for them.

Now i try and raid their supply depot just to say helllo :P

Agree. Started happening with me right after Brazil as well. You can attack friends, but you can not attack faction members

Thanks, Thief. But Mr. Friendly Fire as he is now known and the guy he looted WERE in the same faction at that time. Still can't figure that one out.
