Hi,

Just wanted to clear up some information since there's some confusion about the rewards and how to acquire them.

For the Wings, if you've crafted and/or have all 4 regular versions of the ancient dragon armors in your inventory than you're eligible to collect the reward found on the main screen's "Dragon Reward!" icon. To equip the cape, you'll need to do so from Menu > My Knights > Select any Knight> Appearance.

For the Armor, you'll need to have all 4 + versions of the ancient dragon armors in your possession. Unlocking the ability to craft the + armor isn't sufficient.

Throughout the entire event it said they had to be in your inventory, which means crafted. Gree has made some bad calls but in that aspect, they've been clear since day 1.

You can get + version from the dragon chest sale, so you can get boss+ without crafting them.

No it doesn't mean crafted as i pulled two phyrus + out of chests and so i stopped at 40 on the boss. Now i would have to spend a lot of gems just to get this and i shouldnt have to. Basically If the way i've interpreted this post is true then i'm getting screwed out of bkal + BECAUSE i spent money on their game .... seems legit.

It has always been there(in game, and even was posted on forums too saying INVENTORY). If you monkeys can't read, that is at no fault to gree but your own.

That's pretty clear. Obviously, many took his original statement to mean you had to actually craft them. This statement clarified and corrected his earlier comment. Continuing to argue the point after that is pointless.

This entire thread is an example of him providing information. Gree doesn't have to do that at all. If you don't feel that there is "information" in his threads, don't read them. Then we wouldn't have to spend half the thread dealing with your complaints.

Thank the developers/designers for how the reward claim functions, and thanks for your posts here on the forums. In the future on the forums it might be productive to have a bottom line, technical answer to how things will work. "There will be an in client update about a week from now that will let players claim rewards. Wings can be claimed if you have all four regular armors, and then the event's reward armor can be claimed if all four + armors are in the player's inventory. Players may claim rewards at any point during the week, and then no more rewards may be claimed."

I'm having the same problem! Could GREE credit the wings to my account? I crafted the dragon armors long ago and they've been rotting in my inventory... I wouldnt have crafted them if there werent rewards..

My daughter and I were looking forward to the Kaleidoscope Armor and worked really hard to be able to just make the normal version of the Dragon Armors. It isn't in your inventory until it is crafted, looking at the banner on this post it looks very cut and dry to me, no where did it say "unlock the + version to obtain BKal+". Unlocking the + version does nothing but that, gives you the opportunity to craft it, it can't be used, enhanced, fused or anything else until it is crafted. They've given more than enough time to craft 4 regular armors, level then to 35, then craft the 4+ armors.

So they were all at the + level.

Today I was expecting to get my reward but, nothing...

I spent money hetting all the armors to the required level.

I crafted my armors and then upgraded them, but nothing.

From the looks of it, seems you may have misunderstood something. Getting the regular version to lvl35 does not automatically make it a plus - u only get to unlock the ability to craft a +version that you'd have to craft again to have it in your inventory.

I am a player who play for fun and who does not want to have 50 page of document to read to understand what to do.

On the ipad screen, it was not clear enought and I probably have one armor just at lvl 35.

On the other hand I'm french and I can' accept that some confusing english phrases fool me.
Isn't it possible to say : all 4 armors must be at least Lvl 36 ? No it's probably to simple for those guys.

I love this game and I'm playing for month now but I won't go on for long if you GREE fools his players.

The tournament was just a joke. Unplayable !

It has nothing to do with the armor being level 36. It has to do with the plus version actually being in your inventory, not just unlocked.

The instruction is pretty clear. You need to have crafted all four dragon armor+. If you don't even know how to craft + armors, then this challenge is probably a bit too advanced for you. Different people start playing at different times, there is no need to get so worked up if you didn't understand how to craft + armors yet.

You simply have to create a first set, level it to 35, and create another one later.

It clearly states that you need to keep the plus versions in your inventory. If you had level 35 of the non-plus, that should be obvious it is the non-plus. If you are high enough level to craft one of these and unlock the plus, you probably have already dealt with more than one plus version of armor to understand how that works.

I feel bad for you that you did not understand. I can imagine the time and anticipation you had tied into this. I would be disappointed too. I can't see blaming someone else for this, however. I would be disappointed in myself for the misunderstanding. To us, the intent was pretty clear. No forum was necessary. It's on the in-game banner. It makes it hard for us to understand how you were confused by this. When you make such angry statements, it leads to people making angry replies. Maybe it shouldn't, but that is human nature.

It clearly states that you need to keep the plus versions in your inventory. If you had level 35 of the non-plus, that should be obvious it is the non-plus. If you are high enough level to craft one of these and unlock the plus, you probably have already dealt with more than one plus version of armor to understand how that works.

I feel bad for you that you did not understand. I can imagine the time and anticipation you had tied into this. I would be disappointed too. I can't see blaming someone else for this, however. I would be disappointed in myself for the misunderstanding. To us, the intent was pretty clear. No forum was necessary. It's on the in-game banner. It makes it hard for us to understand how you were confused by this. When you make such angry statements, it leads to people making angry replies. Maybe it shouldn't, but that is human nature.

Finally a sensible post. Wait for future collections, i'm sure there will be more collections with even better armor rewards.

Agreed! In desperation to meet the original deadline I bought gems and crafted like mad. Now nearly a month later nothing for Android when ios has theirs. They have till next week I guess to keep their August delivery statement.

Ok so the new update came up and I saw the dragon wings for sale in the store for 240 gems... Now the part that confuses me... I had crafted all of the + versions of the armor by the original dead line date but I did use the originals to help level up the + versions, so dies that mean I won't receive the BKAL +?!? To get the bkal, you had to have all the dragon armors+ in your inventory. I think it's a natural assumption that to get the wings, you needed the dragon armor normals to be in your inventory.

Since you no longer have the normals, I would assume they will not give you the wings. They could assume that if you earned bkal, you had to have earned the wings, so that one might slip by. The button to collect the Ancient Dragon rewards used to be under the Quest button on the left side of the screen. It's gone now as the redemption period is over.

If you missed it check the app store in case there is an update you haven't installed.

You don't need to keep the non-plus. I had fused mine on iOS and got all the rewards.

Anyone else have trouble with this? Everyone in my guild received their rewards, some have even maxed out their combustion+ and I don't even have mine yet, rather annoying. Gree responded to the first ticket with a general "we fixed it" remark and I still never received my rewards. Guild placed 15th overall and it's been working on 5 full days since the event was over now. I sent another email seeing as how I've never had to wait that long for a gaming company to respond, got the same bull (I immediately responded to their "it's fixed" email with "uh, no it isn't"). Hope anyone else having this problem gets theirs fixed as well!

That's because it has it's own element, not a combination of all elements. Since your spirit knight can only wear armors containing the spirit element, it can't wear BKal.
