Top 300 crew looking for a possible merger

Hello everyone. We are a top 300 crew who placed 217 before that. We still reached top 300 even after cutting short our battling time by almost 1 full day. We are looking for a possible merger to help us benefit more from PvP and the new syndicate boss event. We have many campers in our group so we have strength but there are a few of us who are tired of carrying the workload for everyone else.
