PVP tournament prizes

Battle prizes are instant.
Case event prizes are instant.
LTQ/LTB event prizes are instant.

Why does it take this long for the PVP prizes to be release?

I think they screw up the math all the time. With so many people moving in and out last moment, the points sometimes add, sometimes don't. So unless they get everyone's points right, they don't release prizes.

But wouldn't it be the same case with syndicate battles?
Either way, you're likely to be right on that hunch.

You sure battle prizes are instant? They didn't use to be. Either way there is a little more at play in PvP. As it's not just groups of people getting stuff generally containing 40-60 people. So we are talking 2000 times the work at least. Even if it's automated I am sure they like to double and triple check, imagine the disaster if they gave the wrong prizes.

Well, lets be realistic, the servers are probably set to award gear as the lowest priority, and with one new event being delayed by 24 hours and another starting, they probably do not have the resources to mass distribute rewards from an event like this.

nah not the same, players can't leave or join syndicates during battle but they can do that in PvP. I guess that's why it takes longer

I'd assume that because synds aren't locked there is extra work involved.


I'd like to assume that they are checking for cheaters, but that would definitely be proving an aphorism.

Yes they can't afford more horse power for their servers. Not enough money is made. Buy more vaults people.

last PVP when they messed up my prize, I was told that once the prize is released, Gree cannot re-sent them again.

I wonder what kind of excuse they will use this time around.

During the July boss event they put out the wrong gun as an uncommon (some 2/3 pos), but we're able to fix the inventories of individuals who contacted them. How would pvp prizes be any different? I don't see the difference.

It was 6/4, and they did fix it.

lol top 500 prize would be nice was 217 went to sleep for 4 hours then woke up at 284 and couldnt get no points over 150 until the last 2 hours then the leaderboard froze and i said _ _ _ _ it ( insert your own rated g Word)

I assume there was some inappropriate content posted that I didn't see? I like to use other people's bans as learning experiences, but I can't when the mods don't give any explanation. It'd be nice if mods would leave the offending post up or at least drop a "posting inappropriate content... banned X days". That would probably cut down on all the griping afterwards from people who think the banning was undeserved.
