Like all teams we are looking for players that are active during battle. If you are looking for a new syndicate we got the following to offer:
- Great core of players; last war, 10 players got to 631th place and these players have been with us for their whole crime city life.
- A growing team. Three wars ago we where top 4000, two wars ago top 1500 and now top 750. Since the last war, we added half a dozen players and are in talks with others. We try to make sure that we only have active players and unlike many syndicates in our range, we have a proven record of doing so. Free riders are quickly gone. One of the players we added is a defense leader with 380k.
- A blog with not just information on the team, but also advice on all things Crime City, like ongoing events and building your stats and hood. This is a great tool for players who want to learn more about the game.
- A solid battle plan.
- An environment with people who got real lives and real jobs. We don't expect everyone to battle 24/7.
- 32 bonuses and our income is growing every week. We added some richer players and some of us got richer and/or rob their heinies off.
What do we ask?
- Active participation during wars. There is a target minimum of 8k influence points. If you are often attacking the wall or the defense leader, this will of course be taken into account.

- Reasonable donations. There are no official requirements, but we do keep track (on the blog); 10 times your income per hour on a weekly is what we consider a fair amount, but as said, we don't calculate it and if you want to donate a bit less for some time to develop your own income, that is possible. Right now everyone is donating considerably more.
Low level players get to build their stats and income; we don't require them to play in the syndicate events in between wars, the syndicate showndowns. We believe it levels them up too quickly while it's very hard for low level players to get good points. So, in fact we encourage them not to participate in those events. If you got a real camper account, we can talk about just taking down dl's and walls.
We have some gold players, but of course that's not a requirement. It does help you, because they'll often take down walls and scout for you, especially during what we call Midnight Snacking!
It would be great if we could get some players who want to get more involved in a syndicate and assume an officer role and take on some of the tasks. If you are a more experienced player and want to help others to develop their accounts, we would love to have you.
