I am not buying gold any more (as in, ever) thanks to a recent, very negative experience with GREE's customer service, but I have combined my own information with any information people provided here for everyone else's benefit. The guide is now complete with the exception of some valor/cash/xp prizesat the end of Prestige mode, but we have a complete list of missions and unit rewards. There's about a day left - enjoy and good luck! My best guess if someone had pretty decent prestaging done for most of the levels they could finish this LTQ with a single vault of gold, if not a little more.

I have to give a HUGE thanks to pelle plutt for sharing a tool with me to build information more quickly. The last walkthrough had almost 35,000 views, so hopefully this one will be just as helpful. This may be the last one I do since I will be starting up graduate school again next week, but if anyone is interested in doing this in the future in my stead contact me for tips. It's only because others have done this before me that I was able to do it, so I would like to pay that forward.

For anyone curious, the energy required for the missions (up through 16/20) follows y = 74.8676x + 77.7500 with an r^2 value of 0.9986, so the projection for the energy for all of normal mode is approximately 17,277 energy.

No indication on prestige yet obviously, but that will not likely be very linear.

Yes i agree with paulie with his comment, but still the mini's need something. So i hope a healthregen unit becomes available in a quest soon. Even it's a one the older players already own

This is a valid concern but is one thing I'm not really capable of providing on my own, as all of my buildings are upgraded sufficiently as to complete every possible mission. However, you can always look at the list of missions and look ahead while your energy is regenerating. If you're going to spend gold at all, just wait until the last day to do it and hope that the walkthrough is complete or mostly complete by then.

Prestige 29 is a mixture of hu metropolis and dmz. Sorry...havent been keeping track of the units or the missions required. 27 was like 3500 atk though.

As far as the bldg requirements...for prestige mode as long as you can do all of the missions through the dmz youre fine.

Update: All information on NORMAL MODE is now 100% complete. All of the unit information for PRESTIGE MODE is complete. I'm now working my way through prestige now to build mission lists for energy requirements and XP gains.

Also, fun fact: the unit for 1/29 on prestige has the spelling in the game of "Tatical PSYOPS". I can only assume they mean Tactical unless this is an extreme tattoo-wielding infantry, but I'm going to leave it with the in-game spelling in my next update.

That's really odd. The best advice I can offer is try closing the app completely, rebooting your phone, and/or doing a "soft reset" if you're on an iPhone. Soft reset is holding home and sleep buttons simultaneously until device shuts off (keep holding them when the "slide to power off" screen comes up, leave the screen alone). Also level 8/20 is on the Docks, so you could try going to that map manually and seeing if the missions come up there. Not sure if any of that will help but hopefully you can get it to work.

Hope this may help if you're on Android. Find your power saving settings and uncheck CPU saving / check Maximize CPU power or something along those lines. My MW app stopped crashing one I removed the power saving settings on CPU and screen. Don't know if this exist on iPhone as I don't own one.

Interesting. My Droid phone is constantly crashing. I have a power saver app on it since the battery life kind of sucks. I will try your suggestion.

Try using app killer instead of power saver app - irony cos the power saver app takes power too! :D And during boss events / WD close all other apps including pre-loaded ones if you can.

To give you an idea of how bad the app closes have been on my phone lately, I'm currently on 2/20 of Cobra Strike...just cause I can't get the phone to stay open long enough. On the plus side, I do have a Taj Mahal under construction!

Heads up: 13/29 in Prestige is the first time you have to complete missions from multiple maps. Missions list is now complete through that point. That's how far I've gotten so far.

that totally depends on how you view energy. for me, it is worth it so far, but I've also had every possible prestaged mission so far prestaged, so it helps a lot.

When you finish the last mission of the LTQ (in this case Cobra Strike 20/20) you get a new mission wich is called prestige (in this case Cobra Strike: Prestige (1/29) ). This mission is usually bigger/longer and more difficult but will also give better rewards.

I don't understand why you consider energy a valuable resource, unless you are paying gold for refills. You only use it for the missions and it regenerates. If you are asking are the units worth the gold, then only you can work that out knowing how much you pre-staged, how fast your regen rate is and how much you will waste because your energy bar completely fills whilst you are asleep.

Now experience gained is another matter entirely. A nice addition to the walk through would have been the xp gain at each stage cos then you can see if you are likely to level up and decide whether units are worth it.

Not that I am complaining. Publishing these walk throughs must take a lot of effort and we are all grateful to BoilerPaulie for the great service.

I have stopped at 5/29 prestige, because unless i am going to complete prestige that's the point for me where the xp gain is not out weighed by Att stat gain,
example
6/29 - 11/29 the xp gain pre-staged is 6597 (which is not far short of a level up for me) and i get 1138k att stat gain in return,
so to pull the extra att stat gain required you virtually need to complete prestige and i dont know the maps yet so cant tell if i can complete it or not yet.

am level 136 now so cant afford to make many more mistakes so am playing it safe and stopping at 5/29 prestige

I agree 100%. There is a threshold a free player should consider of how much stat gains they get per energy used. Each person needs to remember that although something may be prestaged now, you must prestage it again before the next event comes out. You will notice your energy will yield you a greater return in the long run.

Fr me personally, I am stopping once i finish prestige 10. It will give me time to re-prestage all the missions i've consumed plus some for the next event that is coming out.

Energy is the most valuable resource in ltqs. I dont see anything in thunder child's post stating not to use energy when you are full. Once you figure out where you want to stop on prestige, you would spend your energy to re-pre stage the previous missions and continue to expand the list of missions you can pre stage

There are two different building with the same name sandbag bunker. I'll get the amounts later

Thanks everyone for the help! The walkthrough is now COMPLETE with the exception of some of the XP/Cash/Valor at the end but that is relatively insignificant information.

I will have enough energy to make it through 24/29 but that's where I'll have to stop since I am purchasing no more gold. Good luck to everyone else!
