Selling buildings

I was just wondering, say I was going to sell a oil rig on level 5 or any buildings that's been upgraded, do you get back half what you paid for just the building or the upgrades also, so say the building was 4mil to buy do j get 2mil back or if it cost me 65mil to upgrade it do I get 32.5mil back?

I think it's only 2mil you don't get upgrade price

It's half of what the last upgrade price was. I just accidentally sold a carraugh building.
