Can throw in hits for entire faction for whole battle

Emperors have posted it 4-5hrs ago. The thread is locked but we are now experiencing the same problem.
We cannot hit anything in war n we see "error updating server data".
However my health still regens, out points still move up slowly which I receive is from defensive wins.

Gree, it is totally unfair as we r pushing for positions n 1hr not able to score is extreme lot to any factions running for top10/25/50 or even 75/100.

We can't throw hits n score points for 1 battle n wasted 1 hr.
Next battle matched against sup2. Well ok fair enough as it can be random
Next war declared, waited 30mins and no match up?
Seriously if u guys do not understand how important is each battle to keep our position and don't care, y should we play? U r preventing us from spending?
