But if you are level 142 and havent played in a long time it might be a better idea just to start over and build up your player

That will probably give you 100k atk increase pretty quick!

Don't bother farming jobs. Gree has been hell bent on nerfing that since they rusted the M4A1 and finally succeeded in rendering farming pointless when they started the stat inflation and syndicate stuff.

Bosses (chores) and LTQs are your best bet for increasing stats. Or spending a lot of gold to be in a top syndicate since the syndicate prizes are pretty much unparalleled as far as stat boosts go.

And exactly how do you start over? I just got a second phone (used) that I wanted to start another charachter on, but it seems that the old owner played this game. I tried restore it but it still open ups his/her old account as soon as I install the game again. This is on an old iPhone 3gs.

Seems like you can´t delete and start over without a new device.

Hey man...to those trolling someone asking a question...go stick a bloody a.k. up your chocolate starfish. To the guy asking...here is my farm location. These items are from a previous ltq.
Gun...monument park...park hill apartments...hillside rifle dropps 50-75%
Car...auto row...car lot...car dealership. 95 energy one. Drops 75%
Bomb...junkyard...smashed cars...drops roughly 80%
Melee...circuit street...tattoo parlour...tattoo needle 80%
Armor....fish market...seafood restaurant...90% drop
I know there are better but these have solid drop rates and make point changes noticeable....I shoot for 10k every couple of days...but I've slowed down a touch with the ltqs and epic boss. Just know when you can't carry on in the ltqs and the boss and switch back to farming. Cheers and good luck.

Waste of time...just prehit maps for LTQs, and you'll get a few more xxx/xxx weapons which will quickly dwarf the stat increase of these high-droprate items

His point was that pre-hitting with either get you better items from the actual LTQ, or save you gold on LTQ (if you finish) that could purchase better weapons.

Farming is dead.

Maybe for high rollers farming is dead...but, there is good loot laying around with high atk/def on single click actions. 23/23 is a good farm drop for 145 energy.

Forget farming. Your best strategy is to buy gold, go to the store, and buy extra mafia members in the "special" tab. You can then attack with an extra gun, melee, armor, vehicle, and explosive. 5 for 1 - great value there.
