Last war we finished in 47 place

We are going again for top 50, and we are looking for players to do 100k wd points for next war.
Must be at least 300k+ on attack/defense status to defeat rivals.
We have all bonuses maxed, except:
Air attack: +20%
Sea attack: +15%
Casuality Red: -15%

Answer me what do you think about.
I do not know your faction, but we also want to move on. We are bringin in some players after Canada, and maybe you can come with some of your mates. We have been always top 50; we were former Joe Army. And we want to move to top 25.
