Assault & Flatter7 / CJ .. Help . 2 week old support ticket -Still Don't Have Prizes!

Two Weeks ago I submitted a support Ticket - Request # 787958.

I have 4 Accounts that were all in a top 100 for the Brawl Pts. Event. We finished 40 something .... I then got all 4 accounts auto-booted as part of the madness. We did not receive the top 100 prizes for the accounts.
I attached screenshots to show our names in the syndicate list with brawl pts showing.

One of the support reps responded 4 days later .. saying .. sorry for the inconvenience ... servers will automatically award prizes .... problem is ... we couldn't go back to top 100 ... everything was all glitchy .. we finally made it back to our old top 400 syndicate instead.

Can you guys please help with this? How many more weeks do I need to wait? I spend my $$ on this game too.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You would think that for all the monthly recurring revenue we generate for them .. they might have a better sla for response times .. .or have some sort of SLA .......Oh well ... maybe I should stop buying gold too .. take up a new addiction ....like weed or something! lol
