Epic boss goals dissapeared!

Just beat level 30 on epic boss. Didnt get the prize, and now its missing from my goals list! Got prize for level 20, so was working fine, now its not. Anyone else have this issue, or know what i should do? Appreciate any help i can get. Not sure if i should continue beating boss, if not gonna get credit if goals ever comes back!

I got the same issue too. GREE what happened, return my level 30 prize item. 216 956 032...please check it out and revert GREE.

Same problem here. Nov on level 40 boss. Hope Gree will not cheat me out of boss level 50 prize.

Thanks zeemer. Took a bit of wrangling, as each completed goal would bring up another, but finally got one to dissapear and boss goal returned. Also prize was put in inventory as soon as boss goal appeared. Anyone else with this issue should try doing goal that that deals with finishing a location on a map. Again, thank you sir, really appreciate the help. Much faster than waiting days for ticket response!
