Hi, ran into this guy with 100 disperse grenades. Can you buy those in store? Or most likely a cheater? Will report if it is the latter? Thanks!

The player has 209 garrote blades, 100 disperse grenades, and 179 infiltrator masks.
He is a cheater, correct?

Reporting does no good because no one will do anything about the cheaters anyway. You must berate them and publically humiliate them. Sadly, that's all we can do.
