Ok, I'm sure this has happened to other players here. I bought Gold back in June. My card was charged and what do you know, I didnt receive my gold. I have filed multiple tickets with GREE and Google and so far have not received the gold or a refund. To top that off I was not given my gold bonus either, For june or july.

That has happened to me before Lt chromica. Not the part about the gold bonus, but about receiving gold after it was purchased. The only thing I can suggest is what you have already done which is send in a ticket to support. Though sending in a copy of your receipt will aid the process. I did end up receiving the gold that I purchased, but it did take over a month. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

Really....no one else has had this problem...GREE wont even respond to emails about this...

Yes i've had this problem....it will get resolved it just might take 2 months.
