Boss not triggering - ios/androidbluestacks HLP/LLP

I was gonna wait a little and see if it just takes time but right now there seems to be about 20 people with this problem.

Boss event in progress in the event list.
Boss goal appearing in goal list.

no splash.
boss wont trigger by fighting, robbing or doing mapjobs.

this is the situation for 20ish players Ive spoken to now, most of them in my syndicates and including my two accounts. The players use all different OS's; android, ios and bluestacks. the players are also different in level 19,26,46,49,101,144,196,216 to give you some examples. all kinds of levels from 19-216 is who I have heard is affected so level doesnt seem to have anything to do with it either.

if it helps none of the android and bluestacks players have recieved a new dataset download in the game and it doesnt show up either. the boss just appeared in the goal list. so maybe you havent managed to send out the dataset to all CC players for some reason?

Fortunately my main account triggered the 1st one after about 5 attempts. My camper had to deliberately lose a rob about 15 times to trigger the 1st.

Since then it's been 100%

(this is Android and Bluestacks Android respectively - data pushes were about 6 hours ago)

I have the same problem. My main acc and 3rd acc on android are not triggering. Fights, robs, missions, nothing does it. Reload game, reset phone, wait for data push, nothing either. The boss is on goal list. My second acc on iPad is ok.

I got a data push just now. It will work out fine but its a shame you cant get the events started on time Gree and also that not all players get the events at the same time. Im glad it wasnt a LTQ cause that would have been worse

~15 hours into event and it STILL won't trigger for me. Reinstall, reboot, many robs/jobs/attacks. Nothing. Insanely annoying.

update:
the only players having trouble now is on Bluestacks. they arent getting the new dataset and in the "about" page this is what shows:

its just loading like that with no progress

tried uninstalling CC from bluestacks and redownload in hopes that you had the new dataset in the download, the about page then showed:
version 3.7.5.
something something
20130715_11
updating...

a new dataset appeared 1 minuter later giving me the newest dataset
20130807_2

Problem fixed. hope this will help others as well

You have the right dataset so technically it should be fine. the level 1 seems way harder to trigger now than it has been before though. after I fixed mine with bluestacks it took me a while to trigger it but once it triggers it does to every time you do something 2 minutes after you defeated her. I suggest you try and rob something that gives 1 xp every 5 minutes untill it triggers. it might take about half an hour but should take more than 1 hour..

There's no level restriction. You can start out at level 1. It's a common myth that you need L10

It's still not triggering for me.

I had a similar issue last night. Go into your goals and tap on the "Defeat the Black Rose" goal first. For me it was at the bottom of the goals list whereas it's usually at the top. Once I did that and it was no longer listed as "New", it triggered immediately on my next rob.

I'm glad people resolved this, but I'd like to repeat what we've said before: We do not support Bluestacks. We don't test against Bluestacks and we cannot fix it if a game change negatively affects the ability to play on Bluestacks.

I am NOT on bluestack, samsung galaxy note 2 and HTC evo. Neither are triggering as of now. I am pissed!

I don't use Bluestacks either. I'm on iOS 6.1.4 on an iPhone 5. I just want it to be clear that I'm running the game normally.

MW on Bluestacks runs really slow. CC is pretty snappy....but MW hates the Blue life.
