This is what happens when my friend tries to post a thread for recruiting. What should he do?

2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If he's a new member he needs to get his post count over ten before he can create a thread.

That happened with my first account and I wasn't able to post in any thread. I had to create a 2nd account so I could post here.

It's almost like they want you to spend a bit of time, potentially learning what it is you need to know, before you can post some random thread.

What is your issue?

edit/ I realise that may sound aggressive. I mean what issue is it that you want discussed/answered/whatever.

In other words, he is either spamming the general forum to post a recruitment thread in recruitment forum - which is a special kind of "special", or he is aiming to troll. Well done, sir, you have personally contributed to the downfall of humanity. Not in any important way, but in just the way you'd like, by chipping away at the hope any of us might have that people have the ability to be of any use whatsoever.

Dipstik, what's with the ponies? As a little girl, I played with ponies and when my daughter was younger, she did also. I understand the appeal of ponies. They are pretty darn cute, but I'm just wondering why here?
