I'm starting this thread to to try and call attention to what this most recent update did to my profile. I submitted a support ticket to Gree, however I also want to call attention to it here. Anyone else who has had this happen, please post such.

I have lost almost everything. I lost my syndicate war prizes, my boss prizes, my pick 10 and 20 prizes, my LTQ prizes, my LTB prizes, all of that. All I have left are basic items that I have bought from the store, scratcher prizes and a couple of prizes that I got for syndicate placement during brawl events.

I lost over 80k attack and over 90k defense, at level 49. All of my items were legit.

My code is: 649 287 247

I have spent months building this profile, only to log in and find that almost ALL of the stuff that I worked to get is now gone.

Please fix this, Gree.

yeah, that sucks. Hopefully GREE can help take care of that ticket soon

They will come back on their own after a few hours. Log in and out a few times as well. Happens a lot after reinstalls.

Update:

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now I am getting a message saying my hood failed to load and am seeing a blue screen. I reinstalled again and still have the same issue.

Though your stats are much higher than my level 52. So maybe they can just nip the tip to even you out!!!

Click on the 'About' icon displaying the version and build. Reinstalling the game doesn't necessarily reinstall the latest data update, if your hood has something like the new LTB it won't load. Clicking this icon usually triggers a download of the latest data update if you lost it by reinstalling.

This happened to me and my hod failed to load. I was able to visit rivals and maps. After a few rival visits I exited and came back In and all worked.

Try turning your phone completely off for a few minutes. That's what I had to do when it happened to me.

Ok hello everyone I found a thread of b what just happened to me yesterday .. please if n e one can help please post .. yesterday I uninstalled crime city then reinstalled it when I opened the game I lost all my data , everything , points , syndicate , loot , gold basically I am at day one .. I have no idea what to do I cant get in touch with syndicate n im the DL of tusk . I sent to gree a message open case not assigned over 24 hrs .. is there n e one that this has happened too ??? Do u get ur profile back ??? How long does it take .. Please advise .. I was # obe on team in war finished 7500 .. I have 38 wins against raid boss im lost here please help .. my info freddie fizzle 676 274 457 .. advise please

This happens sometimes with updates because the game sets you back to a much earlier dataset where those things did not exist yet. All of it is still there stored on the server (which is where all your actual character information exists and all the calculations for everything take place). It just doesn't show up visually because, on an older data set, the game doesn't know what to show you. The fix for this is just to close and reopen the app a few times while connected to the internet, which will cause the new data set to load back up.

Cj54 hello bud I pm u this day please take a look at it 4 me I lost all my data when uninstall , reinstall it changed my player code I have nothing but a new game on my phone .. no old data nothing I lost all my profile please advise what todo .. thank you

Definitely should not have happened with a delete/reinstall. What you need to do is send a ticket from the new account with the information on your old account, and a support tech will assist in the recovery.

Cj54 I deleted new account re downloaded and another profile code came up it like in a loop I sent ticket from the first reinstall with all the information from my original account .. I also sent an old ticket with that account info will they be able to restore my original account cj54 .. Im hurtin bud im the DL in my syndicate this us killing me do u know what the turn around time is on a response for a ticket ?? Can u look into it 4 me ??? Hello to all of the community .. I received one txt email from gree that my ticket was received n awaiting to be seen by a specialist .. I wrnt to the gree site and checked on the status of that ticket and it states " being processed" it has been day 4 since this state has been active can I expect this issue to be resolved please n e one lmk I am waiting patiently not able to play the crime city game due to when I deleted the game and reinstalled it I was given a new player code n a fresh game jyst waiting ti restire my original profile .. does n e one have experience with a time frame of hiw long this will take as I said it states status " assigned" "being processed" .. n e one please .. thank you ..

Hello I just wanted to let the forum community know that gree fixed the problem .. reinstalled my original profile with all of my current data .. i read alot about the negative I just b want to let people know that there is a positive outcome .. I was able to resume play right where I left off this was done in approximately 4-5 days . Thank you gree and the forum for ur help ...freddie
