Energy issues

Took whacks at some monsters until i just about depleted my energy and then logged off for lunch. Came back three hours later and I haven't gained back a single energy point. What gives? This has happened to me a couple of times over the past 24 hours and its getting frustrating.

might be payback for the times i got the opposite lol

energy regen is pretty buggy, ive had times were i received 60 energy in an hour or full energy in 20 minutes. while logged on it pretty much works normally

Same problem here. Energy does not recharge at all. I would file a support ticket, but I don't want to wait the six weeks it takes for them to respond with a generic response that has nothing to do with the issue I reported.

Happened to me too. Completely shut down KA and then reopen. Should fix the problem.

I completed the LTQ this morning and prolly had about 200 energy leftover. When I logged in to collect buildings just now my energy hasn't regenerated . I'm using a iPhone 4S i sent a ticket in. This better be fixed before,next LTQ .

Just recharge with 20 gems, gave 1 hit to 21/21 H individual quest monster and my energy went to 0

Sounds like they're trying to inject the next quest and are GREEing it up.

I'm certain that's going to catch on.

My energy is not restoring. I have received many units and also gained through guild bonuses the ability to reduce the amount of time needed for energy restoration. It costs gems to gain most of those units. In other words, Gree is screwing it's customers with their energy screw up!

Thanks for the update CJ54 - started last night for me. Trying to battle some monsters for gold. Waited 2 hrs. Got a whopping 100 energy back. Even if I was only 3/min I should have had another 360 by then. Fortunately, I didn't need it - LTQs already finished. I did check this several times today too. I'll spare GREE the ticket, knowing you're already on the job. ;)

They pushed a hack fix about 12 hours ago. And go figure, it's screwed over legitimate players. Who knew?

Also noticed in CC; regen is off. MW I had the same issues as Scorp. A full day regen at 5/min was < 1000 energy :|
Notwithstanding 0 energy in KA after 90 mins!

Argh. Was on the last iLTQ 21/21 and no energy regen. Was tempted to buy more gems to complete, but was too bitter to bother. Its like fix one thing and break 3 more. Come on Gree! Dont you test your patches?

At last someone dares to mention the real reason why this is happening. Reminds me of gold hack fix then area level mastery broken for months...

good point, perhaps im too quick to say thanks - thinking how easy would it be to have a sticky post that says "just posed a hot fix for blank" and let us know. or a running sticky for hot fixes and actual upgrades

A hack fix? A few people said they found extra skills points when they leveled up and went to add skills points. Is this another result of hack fix pushes?

Joking about the canceled ticket; its more like leaving it unanswered (yet in this case this thread response resolved my issue)
