i have some issues with sending in help thru my game. i have to set up a mail account and im not sure how. can someone help me. (<<<NOOB post right here)

If i understood you correctly, you're having troubles to send a ticket because you don't have an e-mail configured in your phone, is that it? What are you using, Apple or Android? Your problem is likely caused by the absence of some e-mail address configured in your Phone/Tablet. If you're using Apple, just go to "Settings" -> "E-mail, Contacts and Calendar" -> "New Account" and configure it. After that you'll probably be able to submit your request.

On other hand, if after this you're still unable to do it through the app (Menu -> More -> Support -> Contact Support), you can jump into https://games.gree-support.net/home, sign up with an-email you have and submit a ticket through the website.

I don't think the website ticket gives Gree all the information given when you do it through the app, but at least you're able to send the e-mail.
